To increase the literacy rate in Sindh by improving adult literacy and bringing out-of-school children into the fold of education, learning, and skill development. To achieve this mission, we will:

1. Develop mechanisms and implement programs that provide non-formal education opportunities for out-of-school children, adolescents, and adult illiterates in the province of Sindh.
2. Create an environment that promotes lifelong learning by providing educational opportunities for individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.
3. Collaborate with public and private sector entities to provide quality literacy and non-formal education opportunities across Sindh.
4. Develop a system of assessment and certification that recognizes the skills and knowledge gained through non-formal education.
5. Conduct research studies to identify the challenges and opportunities in the field of literacy and non-formal education and use this information to improve our programs and services.
6. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and services to ensure that they are meeting the needs of the people of Sindh
7. Develop and implement innovative approaches to increase literacy and non-formal education opportunities in remote and underserved areas of Sindh
